Every time I hit publish I give myself a million reasons why I should wait:
Wait for the editor to finish the second book.
Wait until I’m done writing the third and fourth.
Wait until someone says it’s okay.
Wait until I can afford to advertise.
Let’s be honest. I’m a child of Netflix and my generation invented instant gratification.
I have the patience of a two-year-old. So without fanfare or any advertising, I just threw my book up for sale.
Yeah, like I said, I’ve got a ton of stories in me just waiting to come out. It’s hard to keep up with my crazy brains :).
There’s always another story or a continuing story.
Are You A Serial Reader?
I’m seriously considering creating a page where people can read a chapter at a time. I wonder if anyone would be interested in that or if people prefer to get an email.
I get so many emails, I’m always trying to figure out a way to avoid spending so much time looking at it, but it might be nice to get an emailed version that you can read on your nook, kindle, iPhone, or from an epub.
